Yesterday, I woke up once between 5 and 6 (judging by the light from the window), before my alarm was supposed to go off at 8. Since I had fallen right back to sleep the first time I woke up, I took my temp at 8, anyway, and it was 98.4. This morning, I woke up early once again with DF since he had to wake up for work at 5:30, and I decided to just sleepily take my temp that early, anyway. It was 97.7. I fell back asleep within five minutes, and at 8:30 I took it again like I normally would, just to compare. It was 98.3. I decided to discard yesterday's temp and the temp from 8 this morning, since I'm going to start waking up at 5:45 to temp (in order to avoid waking up and falling back asleep). Questions: Should I have discarded yesterday's temp? And which temp do you think I should have really used today?

I'd keep your original waking temps and just enter in your notes that that you woke up earlier than usual.

No sorry - I'd keep the 5:30 temps because that is when you had more than three hours of sleep.

That is what I would do too.
