What does it do to your temp?

I have been looking online and can't find an answer.

I took all my temps with no AC this month but the last two nights we've been in the AC because it's so humid here and my temps are low (and I am post-o). Not sure if it is the AC or not.

I have never had any issues with my chart if I temp with my AC on or off. Even if I am feeling a little chilly my temps still seem to go up. I think it is best to try to keep your room temp fairly consistent but you have to think if you don't have the AC running and it gets super hot that could theoretically mess up your chart as well.

I really can't tell a difference with my charts whether the room is hot or cold.

I really don't think it makes that much of a difference in your temps unless maybe you are sleeping like 2 inches away from the AC blowing like right in your face... then it may do something to your temps. LOL!

But in my experience, it hasn't made much difference in my temps.

Thanks ladies. The room is definitely significantly colder with the AC on because it is a window unit, not central air. We've managed without it because it's been hot at night but not humid, until now. I can't take the humidity.

I was wondering about that as well. We just started sleeping downstairs since the a/c is there. Today my temp was only 96.0 Granted I only took one other temp so far this round of ttc, but I remember back to when I charted before, and I never went below 97. But who knows that could just be my "new" body. Hope it works out just fine for you. Nobody should suffer through humidity

We slept with the fan on all night and my temp this morning is 96.1, lowest ever. I didn't think it would have much effect but I think it does

That's a good question. I felt like my temps were lower when I had the ceiling fan on, but I never really tracked it to see for sure!
