Well I am on Cd 14. I got a L this morning on my fm when last cycle (no meds) I had a H at this cd. I am having some strong O pains like rubber bands snapping on both sides of my lower stomach. Temp didn't indicate that I o'd. I have always had Post O temps above 98. Wonder if I screwed my O up with the soy

It looks like you JUST got an L on CD14 last cycle. I think you are going to get a H soon. You are having o pains and all the good symptoms that o is on the way. I bet you get an H soon!

I mean I am having strong O pains, like stabbing on both sides! I always o on my own on cd18. Guess o pains can come days before the actual O right?
