I think part of my stress this week is due to the fact that it is my last week of work before a month long vacation and I still have a TON to do before taking off on Friday at noon (not that I'm counting down or anything...). Once again I had another sleep deprived night. Bed at 11:00 - asleep by 12:00 - up at 2:00 (temped 97.7), up at 4:00 (97.2) and up at 5:00 (97.8). Today I again went with the temp (open circle on my chart) at my regular 5:00 wake up time since at four, I only woke up for about two minutes when I heard the dog bark. Anyway, I'm giving up my worry for this cycle - it just isn't worth getting stressed because I'm either pregnant or not and can't changed it with worry/checking my chart!

Anyway, thanks for putting up with me. Normally, I don't get all stressed over charting but this month has really thrown me for a loop!

I hear you. I have had cycles like this where I keep waking up. It drives me nuts because the more I think about my temp getting messed up the more upset I get and then I can't sleep even more.

I sometimes will stay up really late when I have this problem so that way when I go to sleep I am so exhausted I don't wake up. LOL. I hope you can start getting a better night's sleep. ((HUGS)) Hopefully you get your bfp this cycle and there will be no more need for temping or worrying about temping.

Ugh I hate restless nights. I had a bunch of them this time. And I would keep worrying about when I should temp and which temp I should use that I don't think it helped any. But it sounds like you have the right attitude about it.

Well my thermometer will NOT be coming on vacation with me! My last temp will be Friday morning and then, even if I'm not pregnant, I won't be temping next month at all. I will not have a consistent waking time on vacation so there is no point.

Who knows, maybe I'll get lucky and this will be a pregnancy cycle and I'll be off the hook!

Have fun. My thermometer and opks and hpts and all my other nonsense travel with me. LOL. I am crazy. I hope you are pregnant this month so there will be no need for worrying about it!
