It feels way different right now. Its still slightly high, but softer, and it feels like there is an opening or a separation I guess (kind of hard to explain)...but I am not 100% positive. But that was my first thought when I felt it. Does this sound like its open? If so, what do I do now??? I plan to attack DH until like 5 DPO!

It sounds good!!! What you do now is "DO THE DO!!" Get some swimmers up there so they will be ready and waiting for that egg!!

Good Luck sweetie!!!

It should stay open until you O. It opens to let the sperm get through. Don't worry, it won't close before you get home from work. LOL!

LOL, thanks! Also, I checked again to make sure i wasn't losing my mind....pre-pee it was closed and firm, post-pee it was open and soft....is that normal? I know I am going into question overload here, but I am super stoked because I was scared I wasn't even going to O (just a paranoid fear I have).

I've had that happen before, I think I posted about it - in the shower it was low, then after I got out, it was high again! Not sure if it's normal, but it happens to me!

I've called DH before and told him he has to come home for lunch NOW...lol, b/c I'm ovulating. Usually he can't, but sometimes he can get away for a bit. But yah, don't worry...you should be ok tonight!

Good luck and have fun!

I remember you mentioning that...I am just more concerned that it opens and closes, it hasn't stayed consistantly open. KWIM?

I have to skip this question, sorry. I have had so many kids now that my cervix ALWAYS feels open. LOL. I never checked my cervix before I had kids. I think doing the do sounds like a great plan though! And you are one smart cookie to keep going and going until you know you are 5dpo because this way in case you had things wrong you still got your bases covered.
