Sorry to report... I'm out.
Temp dropped to 97.92 this morning with bit of blood. I've gone up and down the basement steps to do laundry and coughed a few times... and it's become clear that I am, indeed, out. On the upside... according to FF, I may still be able to be in the running for our August BFP Contest! It's forecasted AF to start on 8/29... so I may get in by the skin of my teeth!
My CM turned pink last night and I did all of my bawling and feeling like an abject failure at incubating a tiny human being then. I'm putting DH on the vitamin regimen I told Jewelsgurl about. We don't know if he even has a sperm count issue because we are holding off on doctors until we hit 6 months of no success. But we figure there's no harm in trying something on our own that may help to bolster his count. That's how I sorted out my short LP's, which was a full 14 days this month... so for that!
I won't lie... I do have a concern. If my mind made me feel all those symptoms, that kinda freaks me out, because how will I be able to trust what I feel in the future, ya know?
So, Hello Cycle #5. I'm off to enjoy this hellacious summer thunderstorm we are having while working on my baby afghan. I've got an extra month to get it done now! HA!!
I hope you all are having a wonderful Sunday. I am anticipating all of you stopping by to say how sorry you are and all of the other wonderful things you always say... so let me tell you in advance how very much I luv you all and how I don't know what I would do without you.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are out. I am curious to know what the vitamin regime is and I'll be anxious to see if it works for you guys! Lots of that this next cycle is THE cycle!!
Btw, I COMPLETELY understand where you are coming from about your mind playing tricks on you. I actually posted a thread about just this in TTC Older Members. I am hoping that when the day comes that we'll just look at these previous "symptoms" and just laugh because they'll pale in comparison to the real thing. Hopefully we'll find out REALLY soon!!!

I'm sorry you're out Nikki! Could you post the vitamins you're putting your husband on though? Probably wouldn't hurt to make my husband do that also.

Wow, I really thought this was it for you too! But I think we have all had those cycles that completely fooled us! So sorry that nasty witch showed, but it sounds like you have a good attitude about it, and a good plan for this cycle! Good luck!

I am so sorry for being a stinky supporter today. I went grocery shopping and am just now getting to JM. I am so very very sorry about AF showing. I have done the whole symptom freak out thing several times so no need to worry about that. I have been pregnant too and should know what preggo symptoms feel like by now and I still think I am pregnant all the time when I am not. I finally have gotten to the point where I just don't care. If all you gals see me as the girl who cries preggo oh well.
I have watched a lot of gals on JM TTC and I think you are doing all the right things. I think if you and dh keep trying to time things well it will happen. (((HUGS))) I really really want to see you in the August BFP club so I am happy to hear you can still be in it to win it!!!

I'm so sorry. I think part of the confusion comes from mother nature being cruel: a lot of early pregnancy symptoms and pms symptoms are similar, and you would not be the first to confuse the two by any means. (((HUGS))) Hopefully the vitamins help and you get a sticky bfp this next month!

Thanks girls! My mood has done some serious swinging today. I went from optimistic and planning to curled up on the bathroom floor in the corner sobbing. So... it's been a day. I'm back to pretty good now (fingers crossed).
Ok... for the girls who asked for the vitamin regimen... here it is:
1. Gatorade when they would normally drink water (especially if they are outside a lot)
2. Vitamin C - 2000 mg Danny says: 1/2 in AM, 1/2 in evening
3. Vitamin E - 800 IU Danny says: anytime
4. Vitamin B12 - 1000 mg Danny says: 1/2 in AM, 1/2 at lunch
5. Ginseng - 500 mg Danny says: 1/2 in AM, 1/2 at lunch
6. Zinc - 50 mg Danny says: 30 mins before bed on empty stomach no dairy.
7. A good multivitamin Danny says: 1/2 in AM, 1/2 at lunch
8. L-Carnitine - 1500 mg Danny says: 1/2 in AM on empty stomach with 16 oz water, 1/2 30 minutes before lunch with 16 oz. water.
He is a supplement guy and says some of the stuff can't be taken together because they counteract each other. With these supplements you have to drink at least 1 liter of clean water per day, otherwise it can cause jitters and bowel discomfort.
He recommends for men that are slightly overweight or have either high blood pressure that they add 5 grams of Arginine or AKG twice a day and 5 grams of BCAA's (Branch Chain Amino Acids) twice a day
