I'm wondering if my temp would be higher or lower after taking it w/ 2 1/2 hours of uninterrupted sleep? It can't affect it much, but which way would it go?

I fell asleep on the couch about 11:30, woke up at 2:30, peed and went to bed. My alarm to temp goes off at 5:10 (yah, thinking of making that later next cycle, lol!) And my temp went up this morning.

I usually have to use the restroom at least once during the night, because I drink a lot of fluids during the day. I dont consider it sleep deprived, but I am not sure how it affects my temps. I think it would increase it though because you burn energy, which in turn creates heat. I am no science major by any means, so I am not 100% of that.

I don't usually consider it sleep deprived either as long as you go right back to sleep. It sounds like you were able to sleep from 2ish to 5:30. I don't think your temp would have been affected much. I might mark it as sleep deprived if you had a trouble going back to sleep but if not I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I am not sure how it would affect your temp. I would think since you were up and about it might make it slightly higher but I think if you just got up and went right back to bed you probably wouldn't see much difference.
