Right now I have the trial VIP version of FF. Is it worth it to buy the upgrade...or can I get away with the free version? Or, is there a better charting software out there?

I've never used a different one, but my VIP trial ran out about 2 weeks ago, and while there are some things I miss, I'm not going to buy it. I would suggest letting it lapse, seeing if you can live with the free version and if you can't, buy it then. They continue to give you the same deal for like 10 days after VIP expires.

What I miss most I think is seeing my specific info for the days (cramps, headache etc...) on my chart. You can still view it but you need to click on each day.

I love the VIP feature. I think it is worth it but it depends on how important charting is to you. I like to be able to see all my charts and some of the other features. I paid for mine by the year. It was $45 for the year. So once I paid for it I didn't have to think about it again. But I waste a lot of money on TTC stuff. I don't have any other things that I really blow money on so I just don't feel guilty about it.

Yeah, I'm a VIP'er too... and I like it. I think I went for the 6 month plan. I've got 38 days left. I was really hoping I wouldn't need it that long... but alas... here I am.

I'm the same as Patty... I want to have as much info as I can get. LOL!

Well I always had the VIP before when I was TTC Paige and I just finished the 3 month VIP and I am trying to decide if I want to buy it again. When I bought it I got it for 3 months for $16 so I would not buy it again till they offered me that price. My problem is that Dh is going back and forth on TTC so unless he is 100% inot TTC this cycle I will not buy it but if he is going to go for it this month I will buy the VIP. I think it is well worth $16.
