Temp? And do you set an alarm for it if it's early am? As of tomorrow I'll be setting my alarm for 9 a.m. to temp at the same exact time every day.

Check CM? TMI here, but I check a little bit after getting up, after a bowel movement. It makes it much easier for me to check then as there seems to be more present where I can reach.

Check CP? I check this at the same time as I check CM. I check my cervix and then see what CM I get from that.

What made you choose these times? DH's work is making me choose the time to temp. He works till 10 at night so we don't go to bed until late. I decided to set the alarm for 9 so I can get up for the day then because I'm the type of person who generally stays awake once I'm woken, no matter how long I've been sleeping. This way I get a full night's sleep and a more accurate temp.

Mother nature is the cause for checking CM & CP when I do.

Temp? And do you set an alarm for it if it's early am? 5AM because that's when DH gets up and on my 'early' work mornings, I usually get up as well.

Check CM? I usually check after a BM, but sometimes I just get semen. I also check when I feel more 'wet' on the tp.

Check CP? Usually after my BM, but I try to check closer to 8:45 and that's what I record. I do check it throughout the day, though. If I check around 2PM, I may record that CP if its more of a fertile position.

What made you choose these times? My work schedule.

Temp? And do you set an alarm for it if it's early am? I temp at 7:15. My alarm is DH, he wakes me as he is getting ready for work, although I have begun waking naturally at that time.

Check CM? I check my CM each time I take a trip to the bathroom.

Check CP? I generally check during my first trip to the bathroom, but I will check periodically throughout the day.

What made you choose these times? Sometimes I have to drive DH to the train station at 7:30, so I chose this time so that my temp time will be consistent whether I have to get up or not.
