Ok let me start off by saying I don't have PCOS and have a history of long LH surges after O. Most months I have at least a few + OPKs after O, but some only 1. I have had 2 cycle where I was preggo with tons of + OPKs after Oing. One was a early M/C and 1 was my last baby. I have never charted a cycle that I didn't O by CD16.

So this month is totally confusing to me because I haven't had a big thermal shift. This is my first PP af cycle. I use FMU as most of my OPK tests because I have found that I catch my first + then and later on in the day it gets even darker. So FMU works best for me. I *thought* I O'd on CD12 or CD13 because on my chart where it shows EWCM, it was so much EWCM that it could stretch 6 inches . Once my EWCM was over my cervix dropped and closed up a little, not all the way and my CM became dry/sticky until yesterday CD17 when Dh and I BD and he made the comment I was very moist . I checked and it was creamy, so not fertile stuff. Again I thought I already O'd. Then this am. I took another OPK as my temp dropped below my made up CL so I thought hmm maybe I didn't O and the test looks alot like the rest I have been getting .

I have been having cramps, not O cramps and heartburn which isn't the norm for me unless I'm preggo. It's one of my earliest signs, but I just don't feel good about this cycle based on my temps. My CL is about where it always is, but my temps post O are always in the mid / high 98s - not low.

SO what do you think? Do you think I O'd on CD13 and maybe my vag temping is off. I wake at 5am. so maybe that's why they are so low. I never temped this early before, normally 6:30am. Or could today be a ID as I'm getting pinches this am. It not too early for me since my last two pregnancies were at 4 and 5 dpo implants.

Also if I didn't O yet would I still get AF on CD28 like usual or would I go past until I O?

Help

Personally... and this is just my opinion... I do not think the OPK's from CD12-CD16 are positives. I think the one that looks the most likely to be a positive is the one from CD 17.

I'll give you that the outer edge of the Test Line is darker on all of those tests... but in comparison to the Control Line... I'd say they were not quite the same as or darker than the Control Line.

I'm curious to see what the other ladies on here think. I hope you get some concrete answers soon.

I also didn't think that those OPKs were positive. I thought that a positive OPK had to be as dark as or darker than the control line? And the control line to me looks darker than all your test result lines. Maybe you haven't O'd yet. You said that this is your 1st PP cycle, and so it'll probably be a little weird until your body regulates itself again.

I also agree that those don't look positive at all. The lines are looking darker though, so maybe soon

I agree, the OPK's look negative and there isn't really a sustained thermal shift yet. Maybe your body is still getting back on track...you said this is the first cycle since being prego right?

Ok I fixed my chart to where I took off the two temps were I woke up an hour later. It looks alot better showing CD13 (my gut feeling O date) look right.

I completely agree. I do not think any of the tests are positive. The one on CD17 does look like it is close to being positive. I think you should keep testing with the OPKs. I do not see a thermal shift yet. All of your temps are within the same range of your other preo temps. I would keep using the OPKs and bding because I do not think you have ovulated yet and I don't want to see you miss your o date.

I think you should put the temps back in and just use an open circle. I do not think you ovulated on CD 13. I can tell you really want that to be the date but I also don't want to see you miss out on the right opportunity. If you look at all your temps you can see that all your preo temps are in the same range. Your temps are still in this range. When you ovulate your temps will be higher than your preo o temps and you will be able to see a shift.

I think you should keep bding because I don't think you have ovulated yet and I think you will see a clearer shift on your chart when you actually do. Keep using the OPKs I think you are getting close to having a positive!

Keep us posted.

I didn't think they were positive either, but your CD17 looks like it could be close enough to be positive later on during the day. I'd keep testing and grab DH!!!
