i have been charting for the last 2 months so i will see.

is it ok to do this every day to walk? he really wants to loose weight and im there with him to loose some of my belly that i have.

It's ok as long as you aren't pushing yourself too much. The general rule of thumb for exercise during pregnancy is that you can do only what you were used to doing. So if you jogged 5 miles every morning on a regular basis and your body is adjusted to it, then it's ok to continue doing so. Since walking is a much lower impact exercise just make sure that you stay hydrated, try not to get overheated and STOP if you feel faint/sick/pain. But exercise is definitely a good thing, so go for it! Just proceed with caution. :-)

I agree! I wouldn't start off doing that everyday (maybe every other). A general exercising rule of thumb is to build yourself up (while that is slightly different from what you should do during a pregnancy). GL!

I've been either walking or biking every day since April and the feeling is good. Although, I'd recommend that you don't do the whole hour and a half at one time because it can get tiring. I usually do my walking twice a day, about 45 mins at a time. Good luck

Actually I think exercising is one of the best things you can do! Losing weight will help your fertility anyway so I say go for it! Walking is a great way to lose weight too. I REALLY need to get back on the exercise bandwagon myself. I keep saying I am going to but then wimping out or procrastinating.
