I took a test today (Sunday) at 12 dpo. It was a target brand blue dye test. I *thought* I saw a super very faint line, so I took another first response like five minutes later (I have no idea how, but I was able to pee for a second test LOL) and it was without a doubt BFN. I'm pretty sure the first test was also just my eyes and hopes playing tricks on me LOL.

I tested early this month because I wanted to be able to put something special in the slide show that I am preparing for Jonah's first birthday on Saturday. I figured if a line showed up, I could add a cute little slide at the end, like a "new chapters are opening" slide or something. Oh well. My chart was really crazy this month anyway between the insomnia and the travelling, I'm not surprised to get a BFN. Maybe next month will be better

Yeah, she showed today. I didn't take my temp the last couple of days because I was up until 4:00am, and it was all screwed up from travelling anyway. I decided what was the point plus I am not sure where I packed my thermometer. That's the reason for not updating my chart

14dpo on the dot, she showed. I guess at least I have a consistent and normal LP! This was our ninth cycle TTC, but I'm sure it took a while for my cycles to regulate after having Jonah; I am not sure when my cycles became ovulatory etc. It's discouraging, because I know a lot of ladies who have gotten pregnant right after having a baby and they weren't even trying, but at the same time I know that isn't typical. We were really hoping to have kids very close in age, but we're accepting now that this isn't in our control.

Next month is a new eggie! (I can't believe I wasted four HPT LOL... and btw, I'm never buying blue dye again.)
