Is your luteal phase supposed to be the same each month or can it change? According to FF last month it was 12 days, now I am at 14 DPO.

It should always be within a day or 2 each month, but I think you can have a really weird cycle once in a while that may alter it. But it shouldn't happen often.

Just took a peek at your chart... Are you sure you O'd on CD14, maybe it was really CD16? Hard to tell...but your CM was only creamy CD14. Hmm....maybe others will have a better answer for you...

I never get EWCM so that is normal for me to just have creamy. I know CD 14 was a Monday and that Sat and Sun I had LOTS of creamy cm, then it dried up. I hate that I couldn't take my temps after that, I had to go out of town for a funeral, I brought the thermometer but didn't wake up until after 8 most days and we were sleeping on a couch bed and other people were up by then and I didn;t want my family asking why I was taking my temperature LOL.

Besides I thought you O'd the day before your temp rises which would make CD 14 more likely than CD16?

ah, I see...so yes, creamy is good then. It is hard to tell with the open circles and missing temps but you could have O'd on Day 14 and it seems you might have b/c of the CM. But I know that a general rule for O (not necessarily a FF rule) is that the temp rise the day after O should be higher than the last 6 temps. But you have an open circle so maybe it was actually a little lower that day (CD13).

If AF is due soon, you could always test.

No, your luteal phase will vary month to month, generally only by a day either way, but it will change, so you're ok. I think you did O on the 14th (I'm no where near an expert though), so you may (or hopefully may not!) get AF some time today.

Btw, if you aren't getting EWCM and only ever get creamy, you should try taking Robitussin to help thin your CM. The spermies only survive in fertile CM which is thinner, so that might help out a bunch! Keep us posted as to what goes on and hopefully someone else will be able to help more.

The circles are there because my temp was taken about 1.5-2 hours later than it normally is on those days, so the reading may be higher than it is supposed to be.

I agree with the other ladies. Your luteal phase should be pretty similar from month to month but it may not be exactly the same length. Your chart is a little harder for me to read because you have open circles, missing temps and it looks like you are using a fever thermometer. I can still tell that you o'd but it is hard for me to tell if CD14 (I tend to think CD14 is right though) or 16 looks better for your o date.
