Stretchy Semen?

Is it possible for semen to be somewhat stretchy? If it was semen, I could stretch it about an inch. It eventually broke as I pulled it slowly, but still....my DH has stretchy semen!

I think this is why earlier in my cycle I thought it was EWCM because it would stretch.

I *think* it can stretch a little, the key is that if it doesn't break, it's CM (mine will end up on one finger or the other, but not break. But I always had a hard time telling so I always did the water test. Dunk it in water and if it balls up and sinks, it's CM, if it dissolves, it's semen.

I want to try the water test, but I can never get it off my finger! LOL I usually try the tp or finger test.

That does NOT sound like semen to me. If it is clinging to you fingers and stretchy I just don't think it is semen. Semen tends to not stick together and comes apart. It could be sticky or tacky CM but I don't really think that sounds like semen.

Sometime when you are in the 2ww you should do some semen experimentation and get to know what your dh's semen feels like. I am sure he wouldn't mind. LOL. Then you will have a better feel for what is his and what is yours. LOL

I know his is pretty clear and super slippery. But once its been sitting inside me for that long...I am just not real sure. I know that sounds silly, but its the truth.

I was talking to hubby about our semen conversations. He says "I am so glad I am not a woman!" LOL.

Okay TMI but well I don't care. For me, once semen is inside it tends to thin out and be more watery. So that is the other reason why I think what you are seeing is CM.
