Ok so here is how it went.
1st I was talking to the nurse who is about the same age as me and very nice and so easy to talk to. I filled her in on my past history with cyst's etc... and DH's depression and delayed ejaculation. I told her about us trying home insemination etc... Anyway we spoke for about 3/4 of an hr before the dr came in. She also seemed very nice.
She told me to continue with the home insemination and if I get AF to ring them on day 1 to make appointments for:~
CD3 Blood Test
CD11 Follicular tracking scan
CD15 Follicular tracking scan
CD21 Blood Test.
Also I'm going for a Laparoscory and Dye test on the 1st week in Sept. I'll get an appointmant date in the post.

She told me if CD3 falls on a sunday I'd have to wait untill the following cycle because they are closed on Sundays to take the bloood so i asked her if it did could my friend (who is a DR ) take my blood that day and I could drop it in monday morning and she said that was fine. (thank god)

I asked her about IUI she said it will depend on the results of the tests but it would be something we would be looking at in a few months (which seem so long away ) anyway she said they can do all the work up with scans etc but I would have to travel to Dublin to have the IUI done as it is the only place in Ireland that does it.
Dublin is a 5hr drive from me or 4hrs on the train....

I'm glad we have a plan in place but still hoing we won't need it but temp did go down this morning.

That sounds like a good visit. I think the laparascopy & dye test is the same as the histerosalpingogram. (Probably spelled that wrong) I have had that done before. It tells you if your tubes are clear and the docs have told me that sometimes gals will get pregnant right after having it done because it opens things up.

I hope that you get pregnant this cycle and don't need all the work ups but I think it is good that you are getting everything set up.
