Does anyone here work shift work and chart? I'm working 4 night shifts this week and I'm just wondering how much I can actually trust my temps. I temp'd after the same amount of sleep I get if I work days and I wasn't overly hot when I got up this afternoon. Thanks!

I think you can still get a good idea. You just need to make sure you are getting a solid sleep. I think you ovulated. It all lines up with your opk and other fertile signs. Your temp may be slightly off but you still look like you o'd and that is the important thing.
