First ... I just want to say how helpful all of you are. I'm new and everyone is so friendly and willing to help!

I have a question about charting ... I'm not so concerned with pinpointing ovulation as I am just confirming my +OPK did result in O.

I have a somewhat rocky chart. I also have missing days - the days are missing because I'd woken up too early or too late to even consider adjusting my temp (meaning 3/4 hours difference)

... I have sleep problems. I just had a sleep study - and I have erratic sleep phases. Right now I'm on meds for sleep.



Anyway ... this is my chart. All the temps included were taken at the same time with at least 3-4 hours of sleep ... I have fertility friend set to detect O based on OPK/fertility signs ... thus, no coverline.

Does my chart look too rocky to help confirm ovulation?

I'm aware it doesn't show O day (as I wasn't taking temps) ... but it is clearly higher after +OPK.

I would say based on the fact that there are clearly two different levels of temps accompanied by your CM dry up... I would say that your +OPK result seems fairly accurate.

I think you probably o'd too just based on what I can see. It is hard to say for sure with all the missing temps but it does look like it.

I am puzzled with how you have a Thursday temp in already. Did you enter that on the right day?

Oh yeah! Thursday's temp was me being dumb entering in on FF. I noticed shortly after I entered it what I did and put it in the proper place.

I am a photographer and work with Adobe Suite - which I think is a difficult software.

FF I'd say is a relatively easy software ... but for SOME reason I'm always messing up on it, can't find things on their site. etc etc.


Thus far, temping my BBT has been more difficult than I expected ... All the important temps I MISSED.

However, my chart does seem biphasic to me - especially with +OPK and fertility signs to confirm.

I don't know how you ladies have BBT down to such a science? Does it just become habit? I'm not sure if I'm going to continue. I really just wanted to see if my OPK on a random cycle did result in ovulation.
