I'm sure this isn't very accurate, but I've been attempting to adjust my night shift temps. I worked 2 night shifts, both 5 & 6 DPO I was coming off a night shift and took my temp when I woke up a few hours later. So this morning I took my temp at the same time I always do, then napped a little later and took my temp when I woke up a few hours later (I have to work again tonight). I took the difference between afternoon temp and morning temp and adjusted my other 2 days accordingly. Does that sound stupid? I know at this point it really doesn't matter what my temps are, I already have my thermal shift, but I figured the higher temps at 99 throw my chart off. Anyway, what do you think? I think my chart still looks ok

Here is what FF says to do with shift work:BBT and shift work. I would do as they say and take your temps after you get the most sleep. If you are not getting much sleep at a time, make sure at some point you get at least 3 hours of sleep, any less than that and its considered sleep devrived (you will get open circles on your chart for this).
I have no personal experience with shift work and charting, so I am not an expert. I am just going off of FFs website.

I agree. I would not adjust your temps. I would just use what you have and make them as open circles so you know that they may not be completely accurate. Your resting temp is going to be more accurate than an adjusted temp. Just try to take it when you have had the most sleep and try not to sweat the rest.
