Hi guys... So, this was my first month charting and my temps look out of control compared with everyone else's. I am frustrated and don't know why my temps are so erratic. I always take them at the exact same time. Can anyone take a look at my chart and let me know what you think?

Also, we have been BDing a lot since I have never been sure about when I would O, and DH has noticed that there is less semen coming out the past two times. I don't want to miss any fertile days but I am worried that he is going to run out! I know that sounds ridiculous and crazy, but that is how it seems.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

I'd be happy to take a look for you. You'll need to get up to 10 posts before you can post a link to your chart. You're already at 8... so you only need 2 more. Then go into FF, click on sharing, homepage set up and grab the URL for your chart, paste it in the body of your post and we can check it out for ya!

Your chart looks good to me. I think you may have O'd on CD18...but we wont know for sure until tomorrow or Sunday's temps. I say CD18 becayse of the +OPK, fertile CM, and your temp. Keep BDing at least through the weekend, if you can.
P.S. Your BDing marathon looks like ours!! We didnt know when I was going to O because I just started charting and just came off of bcp!

Ok...

Up and down temps are very normal prior to ovulation... so I wouldn't worry about that.

I see that you just got a + OPK on CD 18... so it's probable that you will O 24-48 hours after you got that + OPK.

So far, I'd say your chart is not looking abnormal... you've got plenty of fertile type CM which is fantastic. I'd keep BDing until you see your sustained thermal shift (3 consecutive temps higher than your highest Pre-Ov temp).

Hope that helps and that we get to see more of you!!

Thank you girls so much! My CM has been fertile, I guess, b/c it has been watery, but it is definitely NOT abundant. Hopefully I will see a rise soon. I just got nervous b/c FF told me "My temperature fluctuates more than normal." I will try to post my chart with the others.

Your temps do have a lot of ups and downs but that may just be normal for you. You will have to see what happens over the next couple days. You just had a couple positive opks and you have all the right fertile signs so I think you will see a thermal shift soon. You really need to chart for a couple cycles to see what YOUR normal is. You can't really compare to other ladies charts because your own body's patterns just may be different.

I think you are doing great. And I also wouldn't worry about how much visible semen you see. Most of the semen is seminal fluid and not sperm anyway. You can't tell how much sperm is in there just from looking.

I think you are in good shape! Stick around so we can stalk your chart some more

Thanks again ladies. Yesterday, I had a ton of cramping, so I was sure I would get a temperature shift this morning, but it went down!
