Todays temp is SOOO not right. I got up today at 6 to take DH to work then I came back home and went to bed and took my temp at 9 like usual and it was 98.5 so I marked it sleep deprived I hated to miss it at ths point in my cycle so I took it so I did not have a open spot. Should I delete it or keep in there marked sleep deprived?

You can't use that temp. You have to have 3 hours MINIMUM of uninterrupted sleep to be able to use the temp. Even getting up and going to pee first can affect your temperature as you will cool off by walking around barefoot, etc. After having been up and moving around your temp will have fluctuated a LOT from what it was when you woke and were rested, even if you did go back to sleep for a while.

If it's a routine thing that you get up to bring you DH to work, you might want to change your temping time to 6 a.m. so you can get an accurate reading. I take mine at 9 a.m. because I have to set an alarm to wake up then so I know that I'll be taking a true resting temperature at the same time each day.

Deep South Girl - I think the temps actually rise not cool after you get up. Any activity can cause your body to start to heat up as you move around.

I would just leave it on there as an open circle for now. If it looks way off after you temp tomorrow you can check the discard box next to the temp.

Robin, they will rise after activity, but initially you cool off after uncovering and getting out of the warm bed.

I only took him today because Paige had a Dr appointment I only do that about once a month. I usually just stay home and let him keep the van.

I guess for now I will just leave it an open circle and if it looks out of place I will delete it. I do V temp but I don't know if that makes a diffrence or not. I am not real good at taking my temps after I get a coverline anyway.
