You can't use that temp.

You have to have 3 hours MINIMUM of uninterrupted sleep to be able to use the temp. Even getting up and going to pee first can affect your temperature as you will cool off by walking around barefoot, etc. After having been up and moving around your temp will have fluctuated a LOT from what it was when you woke and were rested, even if you did go back to sleep for a while.
If it's a routine thing that you get up to bring you DH to work, you might want to change your temping time to 6 a.m. so you can get an accurate reading. I take mine at 9 a.m. because I have to set an alarm to wake up then so I know that I'll be taking a true resting temperature at the same time each day.
