Can't remember to temp ;-(

Ugh I am really upset. CD 5 and I've only managed to get ONE temperature!
I set my cell phone alarm but sometimes I forget to turn the volume up or I just completely forget to take my temp. My daughter will wake up before the alarm and I go running to her. By the time I remember It's probably too late.
I wish there was an easier way!

Oh ((HUGS)). It gets easier. Just keep setting your alarm and eventually you will start waking up ten minutes before your alarm goes off like I do. Just keep plugging along. Even if you just get your CM charted that will still help.

I've been forgetting this cycle as well. I've been SO busy, and worried about getting up to get going somewhere, I'm usually fixing my makeup by the time I remember about my poor forgotten thermometer!

I'm not sure what time you go to bed but I set my cell phone alarm for 4:30am.........that way I know exactly why it's going off, kwim? I always wake up around that time to go to the bathroom anyways.

By the way it is not necessary to take your temp when you are on your period. So you are doing fine!
