Good morning ladies... Do any of you get ovulation pain? If so, how long after that to you usually see your temp shift? I had cramping yesterday for a few hours, along with a positive opk, but no shift this morning. Now I am curious about O pain.

I usually get ovulation pain and it's usually the day before I get my shift.

For my last two cycles, I ovulate couple of days after my O pain.

Well I usually start having o pain right after AF ends. I tend to have o pain about 4 days before I ovulate. Sometimes I will have some a couple days before I ovulate too but I don't always notice it on the day I o.

Thanks for the input! I have never really gotten it before, but then I had it Fri and Sat, so I was wondering when to expect that shift!!!
