fertility friend says that im most fertile phase and that my cervix and cm are most fertile.

here is my chart:

we bded on the following cycle days:

So far so good.

I'll be interested to see how things develop over the next few days.

I *think* you O'd, especially with your CM and the spotting (it COULD be O spotting). Like Coley said, I will be interested to see what your chart does over the next few days. GL and just keep BDing if you can! I COMPLETELY understand how tiring BDing can be!

I don't think you have ovulated yet but your last chart you had ovulation spotting around the time you ovulated so hopefully that's a good sign. You're doing great! But, since you o'd late last cycle I would try not to wear yourself out. I think every other day is a good strategy. But, I really do think you will be ovulating soon.

Have you read about how to read your charts to predict (or identify) ovulation? I think this link might help you.

Basal Body Temperature

Specifically this under "Predicting Ovulation":

By charting the differences you can determine when ovulation has taken place. What you are looking for is a temperature shift of at least 0.4 degrees higher than all temperatures the previous six days over a 48-hour period.

This isn't a hard and fast rule, as some people may not fall exactly into this pattern, and I am not sure FF uses it exactly, but it's a good indication of O. So from your charts, I am not seeing the bi-phasic (two levels of temps) pattern so I don't think you have O'd yet either but it looks like it might happen soon.
