Can you really tell anything from a chart at 9dpo?

Just curious..........I belong to another message board for my 3 year old daughter and all the ladies on there are saying my chart looks great, but can you really tell right now?

Isn't it normal for temps to stay high until like the day AF shows?

They are getting my hopes up but I am pretty new to charting so I just don't know what to think??? The link is in my siggy.

That is a good looking chart. The reason they are probably saying that it looks so good is that your temps seem to be on a fairly steady climb rather than having ups and downs, ya know? Good sign!!

I'd love for you to stick around the board so that we can watch your temps and see how your chart develops over the next few days.

Your chart is smoking girl! I think your chart looks like it could be a triphasic chart which can be a sign of pregnancy. I think that is why all the ladies on your board are getting excited for you. Most charts don't look like yours do at 9dpo. That is not to say that you couldn't have a chart like yours and not get a bfp but when you see two temp shifts they call that a triphasic chart and it can be a sign of pregnancy. Most charts don't climb higher and higher like yours. I think you have one hot looking chart and will not be surprised if you end up with a bfp!

Thanks Ladies! I will definitely stick around. I have been posting some on the ttc a specific gender board and the TTC board too

Didn't realize there was one just for charting.......silly me!

Hi Shalyn! I'm Michelle, welcome to the board! I agree with the girls above, your chart is HOT! Although it's not guaranteed, that is a chart that looks promising because of the way your temp keep climbing. I am glad that you'll be sticking around with us and I'm excited to see if you get your BFP this month! When do you plan on testing??

Hi Shalyn!!

Your chart DOES look great. Like the ladies said, nothing is a guarantee til you get that BFP, but some look more promising that others. Check out my chart in my siggy and you can see my June post- o temps were up and down, not a great looking chart (although, some preg charts look like that). Then look at July, when I got my BFP. It wasn't even a HOT as yours looks now!!!! lol

I would be cautiously optimistic!! And keep us posted!
