I woke up 2 and a half hours before I usually take my temp and never went back to sleep. It was 98.4 when I took it. I found a temp adjuster and put in that temp, the time I took it and the time I would usually take it and it said to adjust the temp to 98.8. Should I put one or the other or somewhere in between?

Hi there! I would make note of both temps on your chart for the time being. The reason I say this is because I read last week or so that someone who put in an adjusted temperature had a really messed up chart because of it. (I personally would put the actual temp and mark it as sleep deprived.)

If it looks way off after you have tomorrows temp you can always change it to the adjusted temp.

I am really sorry about getting here so late. I usually don't adjust my temps. I find they are more accurate if I go with whatever I get when I first wake up. I would just mark it with an open circle.
