I'm currently 11DPO. I've tested the past 3 days and they have been stark white negatives (don't even bother looking at my chart because I've only been keeping track of things off & on this cycle and it's pretty ugly/worthless).

My LP runs about 15 days (that's what it's been the last several cycles). I have 10 cheapies left, but they're bundled in groups of 5 so the organized person in me wants to save each bundle for the next 2 months. I also have 1 Answer and 1 FRER so if I test tomorrow, I'd use the Answer.

However, we're going out of town this weekend. We'll be leaving Friday evening and getting back Sunday afternoon (which would be 14 DPO). So if I can get past tomorrow morning, I won't even have a chance to test with FMU until Monday (15DPO which would be the day before AF is due and I should start spotting by then if she's coming). So if AF shows this weekend, I can save myself a test, and if not, I can be pretty hopeful to get a BFP.

So should I test before I go or wait until Monday and hopefully save a test?

I'm a bad one to answer this question... because I like to pee on things.... but I would say wait... being gone will keep you occupied... and then you don't have to be disappointed if it is negative... bc it might still be a BFP.... Just my

I am bad about waiting too but I think if you have something to distract you that you may just want to wait. I normally would say pee on something already but since you said you have already taken 3 tests I think I would just try to hold out if you can. If you want to test sooner though, go for it!

IF you can wait, I would. Since you have slightly longer LPs, you may get a false negative.

Okay, here's another question: Should I wait until Monday and use FMU or test Sun afternoon?

I know FMU is better but it's a 3hr drive home so I can not drink and not pee the whole way home. And it would be pretty close to when AF is due so you'd think the HCG might be high enough by then that I wouldn't need to wait for FMU.

Of course I'm saying all this, but I'll likely start spotting tomorrow or Sunday making all this moot . . .

I'm back and haven't POAS yet, but I have started spotting so I'm 99.99% sure AF is on the way.

The only thing that's a little different than normal, though is my cervix isn't wide open like it typically is when I start spotting before AF (it's also still fairly high and firm and for AF it's typically low & super soft). I put medium on my chart for the opening but it's more on the closed side of medium (not shut tight, though). Also my spotting is pink rather than the brown that it typically is pre-AF. But it's a bit late for implantation so I'm sure it's nothing (my body always manages to throw something completely different & new at me each cycle). I've also been kind of nauseous the last few days, but but I've had that off & on in previous cycles.

Still no AF. The spotting is still here, but it's not even when I wipe now, just when I check my cervix (I'll get a tiny bit of pinkish tan cm on my finger). Cervix is getting a little softer (which could go either way), still high (although it drops down to medium in the evenings), and the opening is the same (not completely closed, but not what I'd classify as a full medium opening).

My cramps have pretty much gone away and I still have nausea off & on. Still feel a bit bloated and am a bit gassy.

Did the HPT and it's looking negative.

I don't know what's going on (of course I say that every cycle).

Still nauseous (comes & goes throughout the day, but I also have really bad heartburn because I haven't been taking my medicine so that could be the cause). Had very very slight cramping a couple times today, but it was almost unnoticeable.

Spotting has almost completely stopped - when I check CP, I can't even tell the CM has a pink tint until I wipe my finger on toilet paper.

And also, for the last couple days, you know I was saying my cervix feels just barely open, but later in the evenings it feels more closed - like right now, I'd probably classify it as closed rather than medium. It's also still high and still feeling like it's softening up.

The one thing that really has me worried is if this spotting is a late implantation, I've been reading that most late implantations end up as miscarriages (and a lot of the FF charts I've seen when searching for late +HPT & spotting are miscarriages - like 4 out of 5).

Here's the thing...Some women spot during pregnancy. So I wouldn't worry just yet. Maybe you just didn't have IB bleeding.

I was kind of thinking of that too.

We'll see what tomorrow brings. . .

EDIT: just to add a bit of info. My cycles's have been as follows:
Jan Cycle: 32, LP: 16 (1st month off b/c & not 100% sure when I O'd)
Feb: Cycle: 31, LP: 12 (traveling & had delayed O)
Mar: Cycle: 29, LP: 13
Apr: Cycle: 33, LP: 15 (was super sick and had delayed O)
May: Cycle: 29, LP: 15
June: Cycle: 32, LP: 15
July: Cycle: 32, LP: 15 (current cycle as of today)

So going by my last several cycle lenghts & LP's, if AF isn't here tomorrow, I'll officially be late.

UPDATE:

I went ahead and used a light tampon last night just in case AF decided to show full force in the middle of the night, but this morning there wasn't even a hint of a spot on it and haven't spotted at all this morning.

My temp went down to 97.9 which is about what it tends to drop to the day before AF, however, I always spot the day before AF too and I'm not spotting any more.

Also, my cervix is so high I can barely even touch it (before AF it typically drops down, not up - really, I've never had it be this high).

I used one of my IC's and it was BFN, but I've read that this particular brand isn't very sensitive at all. So I kept the cup of FMU and ran to the store real quick to pick up a 3 pack of FRER's and a 2 pack of CBE digitals. Used a FRER and .

Whereas a few days ago I said I was 99.99% sure I was out, now I'm 99.99% sure I've still got a chance (I think I said that last cycle too, but I'm a little more sure this one). I may just be one of those women that takes a while for the HCG to get into their urine (at least that's what I'm hoping anyway).
