hi

i know during the day temps don't count but i just got up from a nap and i took my temp before my nap and after my nap.

i know, i know i shouldn't but i just get curious during the day regarding temps.

anyways, my temp has been both times 98.17

is that a good day temp? that was with the fan on also.

thanks

You have to sleep solidly for at least 3 hours to get anything even close to accurate... so who knows if that is good or not...

Day time temps can really vary from person to person. You know the 98.6 temp is supposed to be normal so anything around that range I would think would be considered normal.

It doesn't help much with charting though. You aren't going to get the most rested body temp from temping after a nap.
