So, I had a dream about a CBE digi that looked like it said Pregnant. So I picked it up and looked closer and it did say Pregnant. So then I started taking all sorts of other tests and they all came back as BFP's and I was showing DH and we were all happy and stuff.

So I wake up, take my temp... and it's slightly down. Not especially happy about that, but it's still above my cover line. I'm starting to wonder if something may be wrong with my BBT because it started showing random temps again when I first turned it on... strange.

So anyway, I get up and pee in a cup and set it aside. I wipe... and I see a bit of bright red blood on the TP. I feel my heart fall into the soles of my feet. I (sorry if it's TMI) look in the bowl to see if there is blood in the water, but there's not. I get new TP and wipe again and there wasn't as much as the first wipe.

That made me really discouraged and I didn't even want to test anymore then. But I figured I might as well get it over with, considering I wasn't really expecting a BFP this early anyway. BFN, as expected.

I keep checking and it's not very much blood at all, but it's more than I'd prefer to see. I don't know what the heck to think now!

Strange...did you happen to BD last night? I am thinking maybe it was rough BDing OR that bean is burrowing deeper for a 9 month stay? Like you would tell me, you are in the timeframe of ID and spotting, so I still think its a good sign. Dont get discouraged, its still early!!!!!

Nope, no bd'ing last night. Didn't really want to have DH pokin' around in there while there was spotting happening, ya know?

I did find a story from a woman who seemed to have the exact same experience. She was 10 DPO, it was proper red blood, she thought AF was starting early and then it went away.

You're right... it is early so I'm still hoping.

It sounds more like implantation than an early period to me.

Thanks tchelle... I'm thinking you may very well be right. Sorry if this is TMI, but normally AF for me is very dark thick blood. This is bright and very thin. If this is still implantation, then there's no way I'd be able to get a BFP now anyway.

I think it freaked me out because whenever you read about IB, people always make it sound like it's barely even there, like the teeniest tiniest bit of blood, ya know?

I have decided to take it easy today though. I'm not running around or doing my normal housework. I'm just gonna lay on the bed with my laptop and chill.

That sounds like an excellent plan!! Better safe than sorry!
I know during my 2WW I did less rigorous exercises because I was scared to affect implanation in a negative way (obviously there wasnt any going on though lol).

I wish 2WW was easier on us! Don't give up, it's way too early! That's what everyone keeps saying so we should just believe it. Fingers crossed that it's just IB!

All I know is that you have already gone pee three times in this thread - nuff said! Crossing crossables that AF is taking a nine month HIKE & her cousin IB is visiting you this month instead!

@ robineliza

Just woke up from an hour and a half nap. Went potty... nothing on TP. Ready to eat lunch now.

I'm thinking this easy day was a good idea.

Ooooh Nikki....just finally got online, and couldn't wait to see what update you have. I think the spotting is just that, spotting, and might be IB...especially if it's totally different than AF!

Still gots all my appendages crossed!!

PS. My temp is down today too

I feel your pain! Hopefully it doesn't come back and you can feel more confident that it was IB.

If it is different than your normal AF start, then I'm thinking it's got to be IB!
