Ok, so maybe I'm grasping at straws here, but this morning, I'm just not sure how reliable my BBT was. When I first took my temp, it was 98.12. For some reason, that didn't seem right, so I then took it again several times. I didn't move much. Just enough to take the BBT out of my mouth to look at it. My next temp was 98.42, 98.50, 98.49, 98.55. So, I'm not sure what to think of that. What do you think? I recorded the 98.42 since it wasn't the lowest but not the highest. Should I switch it back to 98.12?? So confused!!!

Also, I know that I've been here before, but this 2WW is driving me crazy this cycle!!!!! You would think that since I've been pg before that I would be calmer about this. But now, I seem to be comparing every symptom that I have to what I had when I found out that I was pg the first time. Ughhhh!!!

I think i'd leave it where you left it...its the median temp. I have done this so many times and get different results so i just take it once and leave it at face value... less confusing that way!!

Your temperature changes once you are awake and alert. I think this is probably why your temp was higher in the next four temps. I would use the first temp.

Patty- I knew that it would change, but I didn't know that it would change that much. I usually don't temp more than once like that, but it just didn't seem right to me since I've gotten really off results before (like 93.00). So, I temped more just to see. I also didn't mention my very last temp while I was laying down that was 98.6. Just so confused, but I can go with the 98.12.

Maybe your BBT battery is about to die. We were talking about that in chat last night and one of the girls said hers did the same thing when it was about to die.
