I couldn't sleep last night and woke up a few times.... and of course, not the time I needed to wake up to take my temp....

And today was the critical temperature to either see implantation or a rise. I don't know what to do-

Fell asleep around 11 PM
Woke up 1 AM - didn't temp
Woke again at 3- 3:30 AM- temped at 97.9
Didn't fall back asleep until like 4:30 -5 AM
Woke again 6:00- temped at 98.3

I did not get a good 4 hours straight. What do I put for today's temp?

What time do you normally temp? Your temp looks about right because when you adjust your temperature for sleeping late it is normally .2 degrees per hour so your 97.9 would have likely adjusted by .3 degrees for the extra 1 1/2 hours so it would have adjusted to around 97.2 which isn't too far off from your 6 am temp. But, I don't know what your normal temp time is.

Thank you for answering- I normally test around 5:30 AM. So I am suppose to see a rise today? I was thinking that yesterday could have been the implantation dip, if I get one?
