Just started temping this week, so I'm a newbie. But I was wondering how "normal" it is to have the exact same temperature 3 days in a row?!

I thought my thermometer was broken, so took my temp after I had showered, and it read differently, so I guess its accurate.

I have looked at other charts and the temps seem to be different everyday, so i'm curious....

I'm new at this too, but I just had the same temp today as I did yesterday morning, so 2 days in a row the same...

Are you using a regular thermometer - or a BBT therm? A regular thermometer only has 3 decimal points and will round up. But a BBT has 4 decimal points and makes it easier to see small changes.

Good question!

It's not unheard of though to have very similar temps though.

I am new to taking my teno as well and got the exact same reading two days in a row. I thought my thermometer was broken too but I took my temp agian after I got dressed and it was different. Weird huh! When I woke up this morning I did get a different reading so I guess it must be working.

I don't see anything abnormal. I think you're just fine.

Okay, good to know that I'm not the only one experiencing this! I'm using a regular thermometer, not a BBT one.

Watch, tomorrow it will probably read drastically different! haha

That is probably why you are getting the same temp. I sometimes will have flat temps with my bbt but since a fever thermometer is not as sensitive you may not see the subtle temp shifts. I would finish this cycle out with your fever thermometer but I really think you should invest in a bbt thermometer. They are not that much money and will make your chart more accurate.

So, my temp when up this morning to 36.3... nothing big, but I might take your advice and get a bbt thermometer next month.
