How do you think your fur babies will react when you bring your baby home?

I think mine are gonna be okay. Cinder (our dog) is gonna be great. She was a great help when I was babysitting for a friend of mine years ago. He was at crawling stage and she was a total Nanny following him and watching over him!

As for the cats.. I think they'll do okay too. I think the biggest problem will be keeping Helo out of the cradle, because he swears it's his!! HA HA!!

we have had cats with both kiddos. the thing i noticed with both, the cats seem to get really protective of the babies. other than that they are fine

I think our cat will be fine and our dog will probably be very curious! He loves children though and wants to follow them around constantly!!!

Sebastian freaked out a little when he first saw and heard my niece. He got really jealous when I hold her (he comes up to me and wants to be loved). But he also is very concerned when babies cry, he walks up to them to make sure they are ok. Its really cute! He has even walked up to the TV screen when there was a baby crying.

Walter will be very jealous. When ever I hold a baby now, he tries to jump up to see what it is. He never jumps otherwise.

I think it will take him about a week and then he will be super protective of babies and will sleep with them instead of us.

Well my cats~ One "Samson" will take no notice.... But the other one "Nero" will probably want to sleep with the baby all he wants is to be on top of someone for a cuddle.

As for my dog "Diego" I'm sorry to say I don't think he'll be around. He has heart failure and had an operation today vet is giving him 6months to a year max.

My 3 min pins will be a pain

Max - the daddy dog, will lick the baby to death
Molly - the mommy dog, will lay by baby to keep other dogs and me away
Peanut - the baby dog, will lay by me to keep baby away!

Our cat has never been around babies so I have no idea how he will react, but I don't think he will care much lol. We are getting a dog when I move there, a golden retriever, who are really good with kids so hopefully there won't be any fur problems

The cats will be fine. Romeo may get a bit clingy, but Dot is pretty aloof anyway so she won't care.

And Jango (dog) has already been around our nieces & nephews so he's good with kids (although a little hyper, but he's still a pup). And he's been around our newest nephew (5 weeks old yesterday) and he's curious and will lay his head on the car seat in the baby's lap, but he's never acted aggressive or anything like that.

Argh... I don't even know... I think there will be a lot of jealousy.. because right now they get all my attention... My kitty will definitely be invading the crib... because it'll be a safe place away from the doggies.. lol...

Well my pets are used to having kids around torturing them so I think they will be good.
