I'm curious how big of an effect having a cold can have on your BBT, I came down with a small cold a couple of days ago so I'm wondering if that could have made my temp drop or no?

That's a good question. I haven't temped through Cold & Flu season yet... so I'm not quite sure. I'd actually be interested to know the answer to that question too!!

Yeah, I'm wondering if thats part of the reason of my temp drop, I've got the worst sore throat and stuffy nose and I've been sleeping with my mouth open so I'm not sure if that would change my temps all that much. I'm having AF like cramps today too, not sure why!
