I usually check my CM internally. So today, I'm checking and see that it is watery, but then I realize that it was just semen from the night before. Then I had this little moment of panic that I was reducing my chances of conception because I had taken out some possibly good little swimmers.

Maybe I won't check internally the day after BD. This TTC stuff can really make you crazy.

If you are talking about residual swimmers from BD'ing the night before, you needn't worry. Any swimmers that were going to have a shot at fertilizing an egg have long gotten to where they needed to go, and any that were left behind are swimmers you DON'T want, because they are either sluggish or have poor motility and would not stand a good chance at fertilizing an egg anyway.

So what does it mean when you have a lot of semen the next morning after BDing? Does that mean he has a lot bad ones???

No, not at all. Semen is only the fluid that transports and feeds the sperm. Sperm are what actually do the fertilizing.

OMGosh I am the same crazy way. I use Instead Cups usually around my o time just to make sure I don't lose any. I also act like a spazz about showering too shortly after we bd'd. I know logically that this isn't something to worry about but I still do it.

Nikki is right though. Most of the fluid you see isn't sperm it is seminal fluid and other stuff that help the sperm to thrive. So the good stuff already got where it needed to go.

Haha.. On my o-day I had to go home for a quickie and then had to leave right away so I tried "helping" them get up there since I couldn't stay flat for long... Lol craziness!
