I can't remember plus I probably could look it up, but how long is a LP supposed to be? I didn't used to have problems with this, but since BF, it's been a problem.

While my chart does not look good, I am celebrating the fact that it's longer than 7 days!!!! I was just hoping that I could make it to 11 possibly 12 days. With crampy type feelings, I'm not sure if I'll make it, but 10 days is better than 7!!

I think you need 10 days of LP.

Depends on the doc and where you research on the net... some say you need 10, some say you need 12. Can you take Vitamin B6 to try and make it a bit longer??

I can take B6 and was going to if this cycle was short again. Just wasn't sure how much I should take.

I've read anywhere from 50mg to 300mg is safe depending on how much you need. I started with 100mg and it increased my LP by 2 days

10 days is the minimum amount of time.

I would recommend starting with 100 mg of B6 along with your prenatal vitamin. That's what I started doing back when I saw I had a 5 & 7 day LP. Now they are anywhere from 12-14 days.

I have read the same. I think you *could* have a problem if it is less than 12 days but not necessarily. I have heard good things about B6. I would try it.

I think that I will next cycle. I'm just curious to see how long this cycle will be.
