Okay, so my temp is a circle today because something weird is going on. This isn't the first time, so today I am doing the circle..

So.. I accidentally woke up at like 4am.. just barely..stuck the thermometer in my mouth and went back to sleep sort of thing. I didn't move or anything. However, my temp was like 99.4!
So my alarm goes off at 6am and that's when I usually temp. So I take my temp again and it's 98.4???? (I actually adjust for 5am) and I go back to sleep 'cos hubby woke up with DD.
So that's what I use for my chart. However...

Just for fun I took my temp at 8:00am because of habit and it was 97.4..........

What the heck is going on? Why are my temps going DOWN as the hours go on?

So yeah, circle temp today because I don't trust the 98.4. Why would a temp be 99.4 at 4am and 97.4 at 8am?? And this happened the other day, too.

The 99.4 temp almost sounds like you had a fever. Were you feeling sick when you temped? That's a pretty high temp for that time of day.

Not at all, but I did have a nightmare so maybe that's it? The other day it was 99. something in the middle of the night, too.
I'll be so mad if nightmares are messing up my chart!

you're probably more restless and frantic making your bp go up!! That is still a big jump though!
