Usually, the day before AF (usually have some spotting), my temp will drop from my post-O range (98.4ish) to about 1/2 way down to my pre-O range then on the first day of AF it will be all the way back down to the pre-O range (97.3ish).

This cycle, besides not really having any cramping (I typically cramp bad and in general feel like crap on the first day of AF), my temp is still pretty high. The day before AF it was still in the upper range (98.2) and the first 2 days of AF it was about mid way (97.9), then it dropped down (97.3). I expected it to stay down - the temp change would be a little late, but otherwise within my normal range. Then this morning I woke up really hot, took my temp and it had shot back up to 97.9 again.

Also, usually AF would be tapering off by now and getting to be more brown spotting. But it's still red - light flow, but still bright red with a few clots.

Just kind of odd. It never fails that every month my body finds something new to throw at me.
