So I don't usually adjust my temperatures.... I usually just leave them if I happen to wake up... but this AM I woke up at 4am... I usually temp at 5:30... When I woke up it was 97.96. When I put it in the corrector, it says 98.22 . What do you think I should use? If it goes back up to 98.22, it almost gives me hope.. but I don't want to trick myself... argh... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ooooh tough call... especially considering where you are in your cycle. ARGH!!

If it were me... I'd put in the actual temp I got on my BBT, change the time so that it shows as an open circle on my chart, mark Sleep Deprived and in the Notes section at the bottom I'd put in the temp the adjuster gave you... just so you have the info there, kwim?

I don't think it will change much on your chart to adjust it from 97.96 to 98.22 and I think it would probably be the same interpretation. If it makes you feel better to leave it at the corrected #, it won't hurt! I've never used the correction thing so I'm not sure how it determines that. All you can do it temp again tomorrow and see what happens Good Luck!!!
