Here goes:
I can scan done on Monday which went well she said my right ovary looked good but there was something with the left she'd see better in surgery. I had a weird AF type cramps after the scan. I got about 2 hrs sleep I was just nervouse about my left ovary.
Anyway I was in the hospitl at 8am and btought down to my bed. loads of question asked and blood taken. They can and brought me down to surgery about 12.
When I woke up I had 2 drips and I was in serious pain OH MY GOD awful so they gave me an injecion so I went off to sleep.
The Dr came around about 5pm this is what she found:~

I have a lot of internal scaring.
I have a lot Endometriosis on my left Ovary which she burnt most of it off.
Also my left Tube is very badly twisted.
She said If was to get pregnant there would be a ver high chance that it would in an ectopic pregnancy. So wants to do more surgery and remove my tube...

She said I'll have my right one which looked clear. I have to go in tomorrow foe another scan which I'm not looking forward to because I'm so sore, They did a smear test as well and they I'll have my CD21 blood done once all results are back I'll go to talk about surgery.
I don't know how to feel abour removing my tube, I was nearly in tears when she told me in the hospital. I can't really think about it right now I'm so sore and have really bad pain in my shoulders from the dye... I'm spending the day in bed DH is looking after me. Everytime I get up I get a wobble and nearly faint so he needs to help me. I'll post later by I need to sleep now.

I am glad the surgery went well and you are recovering OK. I think its good that one of your tubes is clear, that's something positive to focus on. I hope your pain subsides soon!! I am just really glad the surgery went well, I am sure you will know more tomorrow after the scan. For now, just focus on getting some much needed rest!!

I am getting all emotional over here reading your post. I know I cried and cried over losing my tube so I can really understand why you would be upset about this. Having had two ectopic pregnancies, I think your doctor is giving you good advice even though I am sure this is a really tough decision for you.

I certainly hope you start to feel better very soon!! Get back to us when you are up to it, in the meanwhile you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Well I didn't sleep much last night I had a bad pain in my shoulder and bad cramps. When I went to the toilet I was bleeding as AF was here
I went for my scan Maurice came with me. It wasn't very nice when I was bleeding and sore but had to be done.
She told me I still had some Endo in my left Ovary and also behind my womb. She also said I had a cyst buried deep in my right ovary.
So She is booking me in for more surgery the 1st week in October to remove the Endo, the cyst and also my left tube.
She said I should give myself a few months to recover and that she will stat IUI in Janurday. So it looks like I have a long road ahead of me and will be taking a break from trying untill Janurday.

I would like to stick around untill then to offer advice and support to all my JM friends but as for trying I'm out till next year.
I want to thank everyone for there well wishes I'm still feeling quite upset and on the verge of tears and still in a bit of pain. But it helps to know I have friends I can count on even if it is only on line.

I feel so sad. I hope we can help you pass the time while you are waiting. I know when we were ttc Jeremy we had to take a four month break for tests and stuff and it was very hard. But, hopefully they can get you started on treatments right away come January.

Hi Rebecca! I'm so sorry to hear that the doc has more work to do...I hope you can find something to occupy your time over the next 4 months so that the time passes quickly for you and you can get back to TTC.

For now just try to rest and take it easy until it's time for your next surgery so your body will be as strong and prepared as it needs to be. And we will still be here for you! Definitely stick around with us and we'll help to keep you company!
