I usually go to bed between 12am and 12:30am and temp at 4:30am. Well last night I talked on the phone to my friend until 3:15am!!!! Bad bad bad.

So today is cd 14 and I o'd last month on cd 14, so of course I couldn't take my temp at 4:30 since I went to bed at 3:15. I set my alarm for 6:30 but must have shut it off in my sleep, so I woke up at 7:50 and took my temp. It was 97.35 which is pretty high.............so now I am nervous my chart will be ALL screwed up and I won't know when I o this month! Stupid me!

I will take an opk today too but I am so mad at myself!

What's done is done, I think your temp would probably be somewhat accurate since you got the same amount of sleep you normal would.
