Hi ladies... I am noticing higher before o temps this month than last. Is this normal or ok? Are most of your charts consistent or do they vary month to month?

Thanks for your help.... Becca

Hey Becca...

Erratic temps during AF are completely normal. I've had cycles where my pre-O temps have been really low and other months where they've been higher too... so it's perfectly normal for those temps to fluctuate and be quite jaggy.

I agree. My temps can be pretty erratic when AF is around. I also think your temp ranges can vary from cycle to cycle. Mine are usually pretty close but I have seen different temp ranges on my charts.
