I am still clueless when it comes to CM. I think my wetness is just the natural cervical moisture....I read in my handy dandy TCOYF that if you wave your wet finger around, in the air, for a few seconds it will not dry up if it IS watery CM. Well...mine did dry up last night when I tried this experiment. Oh well, pooey! My CM did stretch some yesterday, but not too far. Today, I am having LOTS of creamy CM...like, the most CM I have ever had, so that's good news.
Dont mind my temp drop becasue I went to bed at8:45, then woke up at 2:30 until 3:15. I took my temp at 5:15, so I didn't get 3 consecutive hours of sleep. How much of a difference do you think this made?

I don't think it would affect your temp too much to wake up like that as long as you did take it at the same time.

This morning my dog hit the thermometer as I layed there in bed taking my temp and it beeped right after that. I hit snooze on the alarm and slept for another 10 minutes and temped again. It was .2 of a degree different. But that was only 10 minutes of sleep, I'm sure yours wasn't that different.

As for CM, I don't really know either. All I know for sure is when it is stretchy. Most of the time, it's wet and clear, but when I touch my fingers together, the contact point turns white. So I don't know.

Yes, I always temp at 5:15. Grrrr, TTC is difficult!

tell me about it. I keep saying that I am going to get off JM and not think about it , then I navigate back here and start thinking about it again.

I think the creamy cm could be a very good sign. When I was younger I always had creamy cm before I would ovulate. It might have turned to ewcm but I wasn't really paying attention to that back then.

Well I just learned from TCOYF that I was checking my CM incorrectly. I would just rub one finer around my cervix and see what came out. Now, I know to use my index and middle finger and kind of squeeze/ pull my cervix....yea, made a HUGE difference! I am getting way more CM now!!!

I think I am only going to check my CM when I am feeling wet down there from now on. I don't like having to feel like I am forcing something out...and on those days it is too hard to figure out what type it is anyway! If I feel dry inside and there is nothing to be seen on my undies then I will just count it as dry/infertile!

I'm right there with you robineliza. I've gotten to the point where I really don't check unless it is obvious. I will try when I am getting close to O, but that's usually it.
