Well, I am now 12 DPO, and I went to bed on time last night, hoping to get a good sleep so I could take an accurate BBT in the morning. I figured today's a pretty important day with my temp since I'm getting so close to what I think is the end of my cycle.

Of course, I wake up at 4:10 instead of 6 a.m., though. My temp at 4:10 was 98.20. I took another temp at 6:10 and that was 98.46. I just put the first reading of 98.20 in a temp converter and got 98.60. Both 98.46 and 98.60 are good jumps for my chart! But my question is can I rely on the 98.60 being semi-close to where I would have tested anyways? It's the one that I've put in FF for now.

I am not real sure, I am sure once the other (more experienced) ladies get on they can enlighten us all!

As a rule... I don't adjust my temps. I would rather leave them as they actually are than change them just to make my chart look pretty or make it look how I hoped it would look, kwim?

I know how bad it sucks when you can't get a proper temp on an important cycle day.

Did you fall back to sleep until 6:10?

Yep, I'd rather have my chart be accurate more than anything else. I did fall back asleep until 6:10, so do you think I should add the 4:10 temp in instead?

I would. It's not like there's a HUGE difference between the two temps anyway, kwim?

I think I would just use the 98.46 temp and put an open circle. You could use the 4 am temp with an open circle too. I think it depends on how rested you felt. If you went right back to sleep I would probably just go with the 6ish temp but if you tossed and turned I would use the 4ish temp. Either way I would put it as an open circle.

You should just average the two and put it somewhere in the middle! Ha! Sometimes temping can be so confusing!

I don't think it matters too much to the overall trend of your chart. Just record the waking time so it shows as an open circle and leave the earlier temp, I think. Either way, chart is looking good!

Ok, I've changed it again. LOL

I'm just going to disregard today as far as the temp goes. I'm either PG or not, so I'm not stressing this one temp at all.
