I posted before about 2 other times I've gotten a 99.x temp at 5am. When the days before/after have been like 96.x so it seems like I should of had a fever or something.
Well the same thing happened today, at 5am after a good night's sleep it was 99.2
Should I discard it or mark it on my chart? It just seems really "off".. but I double checked and it's right.
I just don't want it to throw off finding when I ovulate, if I ever..... I wonder why I am having these feverish bbts.

Is thermometer working correctly? It may be time to get a new one, possibly.
Are you temping at the same time every morning? If so, are you getting 3 consecutive hours of sleep prior to temping?

Yep,. thermometer is fine. I actually have 2 thermometer,s different brands.. that i double check with when this happens.
I temp at 5am every morning... and I got 8 hours of sleep last night.. consecutive...

I put in my temp of 99.2 and I got cross hairs. I just don't trust it though. My temp will probably go back down to like 97 tomorrow.

I would just put the temp in and see what happens. Have you been feeling okay? It almost sounds like you are sick but some gals run higher body temps so that may be why.

I've been feeling fine... Just so weird. Wonder if your bbt rises at different cycles of sleep or something. Like maybe I am waking up in a bad sleep cycle or something.

With the 99.2 it says I ovulated on CD 23... I'll wait a few days and see what temps bring....

Did you by any chance have any alcohol to drink the night before? That always affects my chart and causes HUGE temp jumps.

I really think you are just going to have to wait and see what the next few days brings temp-wise.

If you're saying this happens to you rather frequently, then it's possible that it's just the pattern your body goes through.

I would put the temps on your chart for the time being and see what happens. Maybe you will get the mother load of pregnancy charts?!

I also have had weird really high temps after drinking the night before, so I second that question. But anyway, I would just leave it in and not worry about it because your temps the 2 days before are trending up, so the CH are probably accurate.
