Yes, mark each day you have AF OR spotting. Unfortunately, without anymore charting temps, its hard to tell whats going on. I am sorry!!! You have a few days of fertile CM, so thats good....but I dont know if FF will detect Oing if you dont have enough info recorded. Maybe over the next few days it will help show a pattern of some sort.

your temp going up and down is normal, but we need more of them to see the big picture Hang in there

it really takes several months of charting to develop an idea of what your chart is doing. The idea is to see a pattern. I have been at this for 16 cycles now and am JUST really starting to get it figured out!

I think the reason you are seeing the up and downs like this is because you have open circles on your chart. The two without the open circles seem more consistent. But if you have really long or irregular cycles you may see erratic temps until you get closer to ovulating.

The open circles mean something was off that day maybe you took your temp at a diffrent time or you were sleep deprived ( not having 3 hours of sleep before yesting) I think your chart so far looks fine but it really takes a cycle or two to know what you are going to do Good Luck in TTC.

I used to have really irregular temps, a chart that kind of resembled the Rockies, but I started drinking a bunch of water, and all of the sudden my temps hardly varied. They'd still go up and down, but by no more than like .2 degrees. Been doing it all this month, and it's astonishing how typical my chart became. Also taking your temperature at the same time is kind of crucial.
