how do you record a positive OPK in the morning and then a negative in the PM? Im new at this and use fertility friend.

You record the most fertile result of the day which is obviously the positive. The same is true for CM and CP if you check more than once a day. Always record the most fertile result.

I would record it as a positive but I have a question before you do. Are you using Answer brand opks? Because I have had problems with Answer brand being bad about giving me positives in the morning that weren't really positives. I have seen other gals have issues with Answer brand too.
