My temp went up again today. I tested today and got a BFN, how do you know if your chart goes triphasic?

For a triphasic, you need three thermal shifts....here is more info: Triphasic chart. Hope that helps.

I think your chart looks promising. 10 DPO is still early, so dont get discouraged. They say anything prior to 15DPO is considered early.

If you have another high temp or 2 a would say you are triphasic. 10 DPO is very early to get a BFP. Good luck!
