Does anyone else get a little nervous and cautious when it comes to rigorous exercising during the 2WW? I just got back into running a few weeks ago, so my body is still adjusting. I ran several miles last night and keep it up every other day (or so). It just makes me nervous to think about all that bouncing around my body is doing, especially when there is an egg trying to implant itself. Gosh, I know that sounds silly and naive....but when i was running last night, I kept thinking about my egg just bouncing around all over the place!

I do. I won't even bounce up the stairs like I usually do never mind stick to my regular exercising.

I worry more about heavy lifting. I've been helping my mom remodel & landscape her house and we've been lifting sheet rock, moving large rocks, bags of concrete, etc.

I know exactly what you mean! I am very cautious during the 2 ww, even though I know it is unnecessary. Think of all the people who don't even know they are pg until like a month later! I know my sister ran all through her pregnancies, and was totally fine.

I used to think about that, but if chasing children, lifting 50+ lbs at a time, spinning a merry-go-round with over 10 kids on it, or getting jabbed in the stomach accidentally from a pool stick didn't interrupt that bean's journey, nothing will! (I used to work at a preschool. )

This kind of reminds me of my nephew. His mom just had a baby (7 weeks ago) and while she was in the hospital for delivery, I was watching the other kids (ages 2, 4, 6, and 8). The 4 year old was just so excited because after his mom had the baby, she'd be able to ride a bike again. All day he was telling everyone that his mommy can ride a bike now.
