Hello ladies. Some of you know who I am.. I don't post here since I got my bfp but I check in on you ladies.. well I had my NT scan this morning at 12w2days.. I was nervous, wondering if it was alive or something just because I'm at that inbetween stage where you don't feel it move, and your symptoms are disappearing, soo... where's the reassurance theres actually a person growing in there, right?

Well, just wanted to share my biscuit. He looks great (I say he, though that's what I think, not what we KNOW lol). I have a feeling he's gonna be big, and he's already measuring 90th percentile for length! Good thing I don't mind the thought of big babies.

Yay, glad "he's" doing well. I can't BELIEVE what a difference 4 weeks makes! I had an u/s at 7 weeks and 8 weeks and it was just a little BLOB with nothing discernable at all. I cannot WAIT for my next one. I'm of "advanced maternal age", lol, so I think I will get another around 11 or 12 weeks.

Hi Daniela, yeah, it's like a real person now, only miniature! lol I was holding my breath until I actually saw a baby in there, it's so hard to believe, ya know? How are you?

Lori, I know! I've only seen him once, at my 6 week "dating" ultrasound (I was charting, but if you went by my lmp I would be due almost 3 weeks ahead of when I ACTUALLY am, as I ovulated on day 30.. so I just told them I had no idea when my last period was, to avoid that mess lol) and it was like a blob, with a beating heart. Not much else. To think he went from blob to people.. how cool! GL at your next u/s. Are you doing a NT scan? Thats why I had this one done..

Hi Coley! I know.. on one hand it seems to be going so slowly, and on the other it's flying! I am enjoying about every second minute of it; does that count? lol Actually it's been a pretty easy pregnancy so far *knock on wood* I am so impatient to meet him already!

ahhh, I always wondered what NT scans were when I saw people posting them. YES, since I'm 35 I think it was recommended...and they take blood from my finger and analyze that too at the same time.
