I took 10 days of provera with the last pill on Friday (9/11) Yesterday and today I have a bit of pinkish spotting which I thought was going to be my period. On CD 5 I am supposed to go for a sonohystogram and with the cramping and spotting yesterday I thought AF was here and set the appointment for this friday.

I stopped temping for most of the time while on the provera but started it up again on Tuesday (9/8). My temp dropped on Sunday and with the cramping and spotting i thought for sure it was AF. But today the cramping is going away and there is not really any spotting.

Anyone have any clue what is going on?

Should I cancel my sonohystogram for friday? I'm just so tired of waiting around not knowing what is going on and not ovulating

Have you tested yet? I see you dont have any CHs, but you do have higher temps, so you may have O'd? but without those other temp recordings, its hard to say, KWIM?
If you dont have AF, then I would cancel your appt since it wont be CD5....BUT wait until tomorrow or Thursday to cancel it, just to confirm its not AF. I hope that helps. I dont know anything about provera.

I got a BFN just before I started the provera but haven't tested since. On a whim I did a leftover opk I had while taking the provera and it was positive but I heard that the provera can give you false positive opks. Is it possible the + opk was right? The light cramping is back but no AF yet

I would call your doctor. I don't think you have to cancel the sonohystogram but you may need to reschedule it. I would just call and see what they say.
